Oracle NetSuite is packed with features, but it’s not perfect. The system can be overwhelming, especially during the setup process. It took longer than expected to get the platform customized to our needs, and we’ve experienced some performance issues, such as slow load times. It’s a powerful tool, but not the easiest to use.
